School Appeal Process
Right of Appeal - Where an In Year Application has been refused by the school, parents have the right of appeal.
If you would like to start the appeal process, please complete the Appeal form below and email this to the school office at firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest opportunity. To help us monitor and prioritise our emails, please write Admission Request or the word Appeal Request in the email subject line.
Independent Appeal Hearings
Upon receipt of your completed Appeal Form, the school will inform the Independent Appeal Clerk. They will appoint the appeal panel and a hearing will be arranged. The date, time and venue will be confirmed to parents in writing within 10 days of the receipt of the application. The School has held over 100 Independent School Appeal Hearings for pupils, from July 2015 to date.
