As a school community of governors and staff members, we came together at the end of the academic year 2023-2024 at our annual school conference to discuss the direction for the school for the year ahead. From everyone's input, our school development plan for this year (2024-2025) is:

• Developing Mastery and Number in Maths KS1 and Reasoning in Practice in Maths KS2,
• Embedding oracy across the curriculum and increasing reading for pleasure throughout the school,
• Promoting the new DFE attendance guidance; increasing whole school attendance,
• Promoting whole school personal development.

Last year we focused on:

• Continuing the recovery from Covid - in filling gaps and skills
• Developing the higher level skills in our middle attaining pupils - those that usually miss out
• Launching a coaching model for staff development
• Further, enhance our Leadership
