As a school community of governors and staff members, we came together at the end of the academic year 2024-2025 at our annual school conference to discuss the direction for the school for the year ahead. From everyone's input, our school development plan for this year (2025-2026) is:

•  Personal Development and the development of our well-being curriculum
• The development of KS2 Maths to ensure children have strong foundational knowledge 
• The development of KS1 Writing to ensure all children have strong foundations
• Ensure children have strong foundations in KS2 Writing.
• Enhance our early years provision in Preschool.

Last year we focused on:

• Developing Mastery and Number in Maths KS1 and Reasoning in Practice in Maths KS2,
• Embedding oracy across the curriculum and increasing reading for pleasure throughout the school,
• Promoting the new DFE attendance guidance; increasing whole school attendance,
• Promoting whole school personal development.
• Continue to develop the consistency of SEN practices and adaptive teaching across the school.
