The after school teacher led club/activities are released via the School Ping app https://bourtononthewater-gloucs.secure-dbprimary.com/ 

To avoid disappointment parents are advised to please book early as the School Ping app automatically offers the place when parents book.  When a club is oversubscribed, it is sometimes it is necessary to limit the numbers taking part. When this happens the school office will notify parents via School Ping of the arrangements. 

After 5pm and at weekends the school also hires out the hall to a number of outside clubs:
