Admissions

In Year Admissions

Children new to the area or those seeking entry for the first time are always made welcome and invited to spend time in school prior to full time enrolment.

For children joining from other schools, after the initial Reception class admission, places are allocated by the school itself.  This is based on the availability of spaces in the relevant year group and the residential location of the child.

Parents must complete the Gloucestershire County Council In Year Admissions Application Form, one application for each child (see below) and sent this together the proof of their home address, which could be a tenancy agreement or solicitors letter confirming an exchange of contracts and a copy of the child(rens) short Birth Certificate (this is the Birth Certificate without the parents names). The school office will formally write in response.

Where a place has been refused parents have the right of appeal and Gloucestershire County Council will be informed that your application has been unsuccessful.
